- Tripti's Inst.Dhokla mix (250 gms)
- fresh coriander leaves(10-15)
- coconut powder(2-3tbsp)
- orange carrot(1pcs)
- olive oil/refined oil(300ml)
- water (room temp.)(100ml approx)
- cabbage(1/4th of full)
- capsicum(as per taste)
- mayonise(2-3tbsp)
- wray(rai)(1-2tbsp)
- follow the instructions over the packet to make dhokla
- after dhokla is made cut it into fine triangle pcs
- now put a small lining cut in between triuangle dhokla pcs
- chop/grate the vegitables,carrot,cabbage &capsicum into fine pecies
- now add choped vegies , sauce&coconut powder with mayonise
- fill the triagle cutted linings with the paste.
- roast wray in a small pan and sprinkle over the sandwich.
*for best taste the dhokla must not be out from pan till it comes to room temperature,serve it with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
